Honey Sparkle

An aromatic, citrusy drink well-suited for celebration—or for no particular occasion at all

  • 11/2 oz. Tequila Casa Dragones Blanco
    1/2 oz. Lime juice
    1/4 oz. Honey syrup
    1/4 oz. Suze
    1 oz. Champagne

  • Combine all ingredients except champagne in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe. Top with champagne. No garnish.
